Our hosting platform, Microsoft Azure, experienced a storage availability problem from 08:07AM to 12:15PM UTC. During this time frame a small number of Cognito Forms customers may have experienced long loading times or timeouts when accessing our website and/or forms. We have now confirmed that Microsoft Azure has officially resolved this issue.
